# project

> Manage Entire projects.

Manage Entire projects.

entire project COMMAND
```

A project is owned by an [organization](/cli-reference/org.md) or by an account, and in turn owns [repositories](/cli-reference/repo.md). To manage who can reach a project, use [`entire project grant`](/cli-reference/grant#entire-project-grant).

Use a project's name or ULID with `get` and `delete`. Most subcommands accept `--json` to print raw JSON instead of a table; `delete` and `grant remove` do not.

## `entire project create`

Create a project owned by an org or an account.

```bash theme={null}
entire project create NAME --owner OWNER [flags]
```

`--owner` names the owning org (by name or ULID) or account (as `github:handle`, or by ULID). `--owner-type` selects which of the two you mean.

| Flag | Description |
| - | - |
| `--owner OWNER` | Owning org (name or ULID), or account (`github:handle` or ULID). Required. |
| `--owner-type TYPE` | Owner kind: `org` or `account`. Defaults to `org`. |
| `--region SLUG` | Jurisdiction slug. Defaults to the server's home jurisdiction. |

# Project under an org, by name
entire project create widgets --owner acme --owner-type org

# Project owned by an account, by handle
entire project create widgets --owner github:alice --owner-type account
```

## `entire project list`

List projects you can see.

```bash theme={null}
entire project list [flags]
```

| Flag | Description |
| - | - |
| `--name NAME` | Filter by exact project name. |
| `--org ORG` | List projects owned by this org, by name or ULID. |

## `entire project get`

Show a project by name or ULID.

```bash theme={null}
entire project get PROJECT [flags]
```

## `entire project delete`

Delete a project by name or ULID.

```bash theme={null}
entire project delete PROJECT [flags]
```

| Flag | Description |
| - | - |
| `-f, --force` | Skip the confirmation prompt. |
| `-y, --yes` | Skip the confirmation prompt. Alias for `--force`. |
