Start in your CI vendor’s product to connect it to Entire. You need permission to manage the Entire project where you want to install the plugin.

Install the Plugin

  1. To make sure the plugin works as expected, enable Trails on your repository. Open the repository’s Settings tab, go to General, and turn on Trails under Workflow.
  2. Once that is done, go to Projects, select the project in which you want to enable plugins, then click on Plugins.
You need to be a project admin to install plugins on the repository.
  3. Choose which vendor plugin you want to add, click on Install, and choose the repositories you want to install the plugin on.
  4. Next, you will be routed to the vendor’s site (Buildkite or Depot) to install it from their end. Once that is done, click Install again and the plugin will now be installed on your chosen repository.
  5. Now whenever you push a change to a Trail, you will see the CI results in the plugin’s line under Gates. This applies to both repositories hosted on Entire and GitHub mirrors.

Remove Access

You can remove a repository from the plugin installation in Entire or uninstall the plugin from the project. Removing a repository revokes the plugin’s access to that repository while uninstalling revokes access for the whole installation. Review the plugin’s gate under Settings and then Gates when you remove an installation. Update or remove requirements for builds that can no longer report results.
